Rising 7th Graders Need Tdap Vaccine

All rising seventh grade students must have had a Tdap vaccine (7th grade shot) on or after their 10th birthday.
The student is required to have this vaccine and provide the school with an updated Certificate of Immunization BEFORE the first day of the 2026-27 school year. They will not be allowed to start the 7th grade without this vaccine.
There are several options to obtain this required vaccine. You can contact the student’s Family Physician, the Lake City Health Department (843-394-8822) or FSD3 School Based Clinic (located on LC High School Campus – 843-432-3677).
