Florence School District 3's board of trustees elected officers for 2025 during its regular monthly meeting Thursday, January 16.
Jac'Kel Brown, a board member since 2019, was reelected as board chair. Rutha Frieson, who has served on the board since 2018, was elected vice chair. She previously served as the board secretary. Rebecca Yates, who has served on the board since 2022, was elected board secretary. She previously served as the board vice-chair.
Board officers are elected each January for one-year terms. Board officers can serve no more than two consecutive terms.
