21st Century: Rock n’ Learn Academic Camps

Florence School District 3 will hold summer camps which focus on the "Essential Learning Standards" at each grade level for both English Language Arts and Math.

Please complete the following summer school program application: 21st Century Academic Camp Application.


Please note the following information about the 21st Century "Rock n' Learn" Academic Camps:

LOCATIONS

  • Lake City Early Childhood Center, 906 N. Matthews Road, Lake City, SC from 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Main Street Elementary, 318 E. Main Street, Lake City, SC from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
  • Dr. Ronald E. McNair Jr. High, 311 Carver Street, Lake City, SC from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Campers will be set up in two different groups for camp attendance. Group A will attend Mondays and Wednesdays. Group B will attend Tuesdays and Thursdays.

It is important that students who participate in the camps are committed and consistently attend their scheduled days to fully benefit from this additional instruction.

Transportation to and from camp will be provided. Breakfast and lunch will be served.

This application will serve as a student’s information sheet while he/she is in attendance at 21st Century "Rock n' Learn" Academic Camps. Information on this application will be the academic camp staff's way to contact parents as well as emergency persons if needed. Please make sure to include current phone numbers as well as addresses.
