Florence School District 3 is seeking valuable input from families through the Cognia Parent Survey, now available online.
As the parent or guardian of an FSD3 student, your feedback is important. The survey is designed to collect information about student academic learning, wellness, and family engagement during the current school year. Your responses will help guide the district’s Cognia accreditation process as well as support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts across our schools.
Families with more than one student in grades K–12 are asked to complete a separate survey for each school where a child is enrolled. This ensures the district captures your experiences at each school site.
Participation is anonymous and voluntary, but highly encouraged. The results will provide FSD3 and Cognia with meaningful data about the student learning environment, staff support, and family experiences—helping us make informed decisions that benefit our students and schools.
