Florence School District 3 remains committed to ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all students and staff. As part of these continued safety efforts, clear book bags will once again be required for all students during the 2025–2026 school year.
Mesh book bags will also be permitted, provided that the contents inside are clearly visible through the mesh material.
A limited number of tickets to receive free clear book bags will be available at the Back to School Conference on Thursday, August 14, from 6–8 p.m. at the Lake City High School gym - first come, first served! The tickets can be redeemed at schools for the free book bags.
