Florence School District 3 is seeking input from all stakeholders to identify needs to begin the planning process of the 2022-2023 school year.
This survey will evaluate federally-funded grants such as Title I, Improving Basic Programs Operated by Local Educational Agencies, and Title II, Supporting Effective Instruction. Additionally, the survey will assess the district's needs and provide information necessary to build a Comprehensive Needs Assessment.
The results will allow both considerations of the needs within our schools and determine effective use of the anticipated 2022 -2023 federal funds. The intent is to ensure all students are allowed to meet the state's student performance standards.
This survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Please note that questions with a * beside them will require a response.
