Reynolds Signs with North Greenville

Lake City High School’s Josh Reynolds has signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at North Greenville University next year.

The Panthers’ standout offensive lineman and two-year team captain was twice named to the VII-3A All-Region Team and was the two-time Offensive Lineman of the Year for the Panthers. He was the 2016 recipient of the June Coleman Academic Award, presented to the best overall male and female athletes that exhibit the academic excellence expected from a student-athlete at Lake City High School, as well as the Dr. Lane N. Floyd Leadership Award, presented to the male and female student-athletes who best display the essential qualities of leadership in all areas.

Reynolds, the son of L. Thomas and Sophie Reynolds, also logged over 50 hours of community service through the Lake City High athletic department.

“Joshua Reynolds is the epitome of an ideal student-athlete on the field, in the classroom and in the community,” said Panthers head coach Terrell Fleming. “He is an outstanding athlete, leader, teammate and competitor.”
